We believe in collaboration. Our culture of teamwork allows us to work with our clients to deliver better solutions and collectively accomplish our goals.
Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion
Our Patrick-GPEG SPIRIT is the differentiator for our success. This SPIRIT defines our Core Values and emphasizes our commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion. Three of our values: People Focused, Respect, and Teamwork, specifically address this commitment. We encourage diversity, equality, and inclusion within our organization and celebrate our employees’ varied backgrounds, experiences and knowledge. Our leadership is committed to our approach, and we provide continuous development opportunities through Code of Conduct and other leadership and employee training. We encourage participation in community inclusiveness programs. We celebrate and award individuals who exemplify our SPIRIT Core Values through our Stellar SPIRIT Awards Program. We are compliant with federal and local requirements for affirmative action plans and other programs. We continue to pledge our commitment and expectation to our employees, our clients and our communities to create and foster a diverse, equality, and inclusive culture within our organization. Employees should contact their manager, Human Resources or the dedicated Code of Conduct hotline (346-395-5133) to anonymously report issues.
Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion
Everyone connected with the Patrik-GPEG organization is expected to foster a culture in which legal and ethical conduct is recognized, practiced and valued by all – all the time. As part of this commitment, everyone connected with TCE is required to:
Obey all laws, rules and regulations that apply to our business.
Avoid all conflicts of interest between work and personal interests.
Treat all employees in accordance with fair employment practices.
Be honest and fair in all business activities with customers, vendors and competitors.
Endeavor to have all employees work in a safe environment.
This Code of Conduct sets out general principles of conduct. A series of Conduct Policies provides more specific guidance on what constitutes acceptable behavior.
Adherence to this Code of Conduct and all related Conduct Policies is required of all directors, officers, employees, consultants, vendors and representatives of CDI Corporation and all of its related companies. Failure to read the Code or the Conduct Policies or to sign an acknowledgment form agreeing to abide by their terms does not exempt anyone from the obligation to comply with the Code and the Conduct Policies.
Anyone who violates this Code of Conduct or any of the Conduct Policies, requests another person to do so, fails to report violation of the Code of Conduct Policies or retaliates against anyone who does report such a violation will be subject to disciplinary action by the Company. This disciplinary action may include termination of employment or, if the violator is a director, consultant, vendor or representative, termination of that relationship.
Everyone subject to this Code of Conduct is responsible for reporting suspected violations of this Code or any of the Conduct Policies. Suspected violations are to be reported to an employee’s supervisor, the Company’s Human Resources Department, the Company’s Compliance Officer, the Company’s Legal Department, the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, or by calling the Code of Conduct Hotline (757-520-7424) or sending an e-mail to info@patrik-gpeg.org. See “Reporting Suspected Code of Conduct Violations” for specific instructions.
Any waiver of any provision of the Code or a Conduct Policy for directors or executive officers may only be mad by the Board of Directors or the Audit Committee.
Health Safety Security Environment & Quality Program
Quality Results, Safely Delivered is more than a tag line for Tata Consulting Engineers – it is at the core of everything we do. Our Health Safety Security Environment and Quality (HSSEQ) program is an integral part of every project Tata Consulting Engineers delivers.

Our Zero-Defect Philosophy focuses on preventing damages or injuries, environmental damage, occupational illness and quality defects. As a result, our quality and safety record are among the best of any contractor in our business.
We believe our employees and clients are our most valuable resource. Safeguarding the workplace begins with our focus on leadership, teamwork and accountability. Our leadership team fosters a culture of care and is actively engaged in implementing and enforcing our HSSEQ programs. All of our project teams are expected to take proactive steps to maintain a safe and secure workplace. We reinforce our commitment to safety and encourage each employee to be personally responsible for their own safety and the safety of their fellow workers.
Building a ‘best in class’ operation requires a committed and inclusive approach to HSSEQ. Our equipment and installations are subject to rigorous testing and certification processes, and we implement a robust quality assurance framework for our staff. Our HSSEQ team monitors, measures, analyzes and refines key HSSEQ initiatives to ensure that our projects comply with the most rigorous and up to date HSSEQ standards. This focus on transparency and continual improvement fuels our HSSEQ culture and performance.
